So, those irrepressible scamps at Jewish Task Force (who I liked better when they were called Science Hebrew Team Gatchaman -- and I have a feeling I will regret making this joke) reveal the Truth about Black "History" Month Propaganda:
The United States Constitution prohibits the establishment of a national religion. For this reason, JTF strongly objects to the unconstitutional establishment of America's "national religion" since the 1960s: worshiping blacks.
In January of every year, we have a national holiday honoring a Communist white-hater and Jew-hater named Martin Luther King. All of our Presidents combined get only one holiday. But Martin Luther King, by himself, receives this honor. And King is actually honored more than the Presidents. For Presidents' Day has merely become a day for commercial sales and bargains. On King's holiday, on the other hand, no store would dare to advertise sales and bargains. Because his "holiday" is so sacred.
Every February, we now have Black "History" Month. No other people in the United States receive such recognition. Prior to white colonists coming to black Africa, the blacks had never established a single school, any written language, any mechanical or technical invention or anything else of value. Other than putting plates in their mouths, wiping themselves with leaves, picking insects out of their hair and eating them and living in huts held together by human excrement -- other than these great "accomplishments," blacks never achieved or invented anything. Yet we are now told that they have some sort of celebrated "history."
I keep telling myself this isn't meant to be a hilarious, over-the-top parody of a racist web site, but rather an actual racist web site. Doesn't work. I keep laughing anyway.
We know that what we are saying here is extremely controversial. The truth is always controversial.
Uh-huh. Weird, putting those two sentences together, you'd think they were suggesting some relationship between them, but other than proximity, I just don't see one.
Oh well, Meryl Yourish has a new essay up, and Amish Tech Support keeps on keepin' on.

Um, he's wrong. There are other History months. Like Women's History Month and Asian History Month, etc. It's all in an attempt to get away from White Protestant Male History. The same impulse has led many departments to be sure they include a Jewish historian.

See, I try to avoid thinking that Linda Gradstein may not be the best person to do news from the Middle East on NPR, and feel vaguely ashamed about having the thought to repress in the first place.
I should learn to embrace my ignorance. Seems to work pretty well for her.

okay, i took the bait and visited the jtf web site. they keep saying this shit about "anti-white" this and that. that's weird...because honestly as far as i know there ain't no such damn thing as "white people".
i am northern-european by ancestry, scandinavian more specifically, swedish to be exact. some of my ancestry is mixed with irish, scottish, native american, and possibly some german and anglo saxon muthafuckas i'd just as soon DIS-own. anyway: there is NO SUCH ETHNIC GROUP OR CULTURE AS "white". there are people whose skin comes in varying shades of pink, peaches and cream, l'ivoire, or what have you; hell, some of my irish bredren and sistren are very nearly white in color like a sheet of typing paper. but i reiterate, there is NO SUCH ETHNIC GROUP OR CULTURE as "white". where the hell do they come from, Whiteland? do they speak the language of Whitese and practice the religion of Whitism? no. fucking. way. so, i must say i resent some muthafucka saying i'm part of their fictitious group because my skin burns in the sun. speak for your own damn people, i would say to them; don't try and speak for me based on "you and i are both lighter than somebody else i want to set you against!" it's unreal.
now i will allow, as any sane person would, that y'all lovely melanin-rich folks have every damn realistic reason to distrust or resent me based on my appearance and the privileges i enjoy in this fucked up society due to that trivial fact, and i will not deny that the muthafuckin' po-lice will throw you up against the wall before they do me. that's an unfortunate given which we can only pray will be solved when the revolution comes (yeah, right). but this bullshit about "white people" has got to stop. shit, i'm going to put up a web site declaring that us people with tiny dicks have been opressed by society. oh wait. that's already been done.
thank you for the opportunity to vent. i'm sure there's plenty of ideologically offensive content here, feel free to knock as many holes in it as you wish. i just think people who cling to a self-identification with their alleged "whiteness" are living in a crazy fantasy world. i have spoken.

Well, the good news is, the stupid people seem pretty bound and determined to kill each other.
The bad news is, they intend to take the rest of us with them.
Couldn't we airlift them all someplace remote, give them some rocks and pointed sticks, and say, "Go at it"? Really, I'd have no problems bulldozing them into mass graves afterwards.
