I know, that gag has been done to Death. . .
My sister -- no, the one who doesn't write romance novels -- forwarded this from some Tori Amos mailing list or other.
We've just gotten a clip of "a sorta fairytale" and wanted YOU GUYS TO SEE IT FIRST. Take a look at Tori's breakthrough new video:

There are a number of other Death and Sandman Images I could have used for that first link, but liked that one the best. Rarely see anyone whose hair is even more out of control than mine. . .

Sandman is rad. I haven't reread my copies in awhile...maybe I'll go digging in the closet of zines and comic books to find them.
How much are they worth, anyway? Should I keep them sheathed in plastic and away from the children? I know the crows are worth a little bit more than what I bought them for, but I'm not sure about sandman...
I totally dig Sandman too. When I went down to Indy to ECW, that match he did with Sabu was off the hook!
I hear his last match is going to be next month out in Philly. I'm surprised that man can still walk!
RHWD, you know perfectly well I ain't talking about the Sandman who fought the homicidal, suicidal, genocidal guy.
I mean the one who fights Spider-Man.
Dru, never got into the collecting thing, so I gots no clue how much anything is worth. Plastic, eh, but unless you want Sandman collages with additional crayon coloring, keeping 'em away from the kids might be a good idea.
You read Sandman and Crow?
Did you own any clothing that wasn't black?
Well, I thought you would at least go to the trouble of doing a google search for me.
I'll have you know that I owned at least one flourescent lime green sweater. and a groovy purple shirt. The rest was black velvet baby. You have me pegged.
I did get to meet Mr. O'barr at a naked raygun show, though. He looks like Terry Bradshaw.
Dru, for a second I'd thought you meant searching Google for information about you, rather than for you about the prices of back issues.
Can't come up with a family-friendly way of expressing my next thought, but there's a reason I turn on SafeSearch before looking for information on the people posting around here nowadays. . .
Anyway, ComicsPriceGuide.com - SANDMAN (1989-1996). You'd need someone with more geek cred than me to explain why an "A" next to an issue number means tall Yanqui dollars.
Does this mean naked raygun are fictional, too?
I believe, though I may be wrong, that those are issues with alternate cover art. If my memory serves, Issue 18 is Dream of a Thousand Cats, which would make 19 the Midsummer Night's Dream issue. It's been a while since I had any non-compilation Sandman, but I think those are the ones that had more than one cover.
I'd stopped buying individual issues by the time the later lettered issues came out.
