I have tried, with focus and care, to learn to art of divination, and the universe continually gives me the bird in response. I finally sent my tarot deck to VA becasue it actually taunted me on a regular basis. I'm apparently NOT supposed to think or meditate in this particular fashion, and I love it when I get yet more proof of that. It's just too funny how consistant the repsonse is.
And I have given them much love. Divination and I are good friends.
Of course, that's about the only kind of working that comes naturally to me, so there's a balance to these things.

ack! now i know why my crowley deck is gathering dust somewhere in the basement: playing with tarot is like playing russian roulette with five and a half bullets.

and of course i had to pick rider-waite and the celtic cross. i am now so devastated by the blunt force of my reading that i don't know whether to laugh or cry. it's a harsh mistress indeed but it's a good way to call bullshit on yourself. the question is, did i need this?
