Well, went to see The Wolves, anyway. But there were a few fights, and isn't that what you're really paying for?
Actually, it was a free ticket, supposedly, since I went to the season opener. As has happened with every Wolves game I've attended, they ain't win.
I am not a jinx.
In other news, Lisa became the first person to call me on wearing the dreads in a Scrunchie; I can only assume my co-workers are pretending not to notice.
What? They're long enough that they're a bit of a nuisance, and this way they're not covering my ears or anything.
"But they're for girls!" Lisa protested.
"Yes. . .?" I replied.
Nice girl, but I just don't understand how her mind works.
For a start, why she agreed to be Redpac's roommate. . .

I don't blame you! Scrunchies are so playful and cute!
I would personally braid up those dreads and finish them off in little pink bows if I thought it would convince you NEVER to cut them off.
Sorry. This little hippiechick has been through too many very sad moments when the Superjoe had to be shroen for some reason or other. I fear any hint that long hair is 'too annoying . . . '
Agatha, see, this is what I'm saying.
'course, what I really wanted was a big poofy bow, a la Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, but couldn't find one. Que lastima.
Garrity, don't think you have to worry about the locks. Winter arrived last night, with snow and stuff, so I think I'll be keeping the built-in head protection for a while.
Sorry, Aaron, I don't think you can find those bows now, ever since Diana died, anyway. She was apparently the one that [re]popularized'em.
You could ask someone really nicely to make you one...
i often wondered what madness drove that poor girl to cohabitate with him as well.
Neo, if I can't get a big, poofy hair bow, the terrorists have won.
VA, I am doing something very nice for you several nights a week, you know. *bats eyes*
yano, well, she can watch Law &. Order on a huge effin' tv for free, after all. And we tried to have an Intervention about her addiction to the show on the way to the Wolves game, but it degenerated into finger-pointing and bitterness, as such things often do.
True, true.
Now I just have to find a half-decent craft store in this area.
People seem to have a really strange idea of what constitutes a "half-decent craft store" around here, even in Raleigh.
These craft stores make me weep. :(
