Fandom
Fandom frightens me. Silly, I know. From The Unofficial ISIS Appreciation Page:
Joanna Cameron to make rare East Coast Con appearance on July 31st!Joanna is scheduled to appear at the Super Megafest in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, July 31st. According to the promoter's website, guests will have the opportunity to join Ms. Cameron for dinner that evening, as well as an 8x10 and a photo of yourself taken with her! Click here for more information.
I mean, what's frightening about that?
That was a rhetorical question, thanks.
For those of you too young to have any idea what I'm babbling about. . . you're happier that way. Trust me on this.

It's criminal that this wonderful example of 70s live action children's television hasn't been released on DVD.
That, or I really didn't get enough sleep last night.

Oh, now that's gotta be scary...[g]
Then again, I kept wondering why DC didn't try to take the character and run with it...

Good lord, I remember screaming SHAZAM and running around with a goofy bead necklace under my shirt that I would pull out when I needed "super power". Amazingly, I don't have many gender identification issues. Maybe I just got them over with really early.
I used to wonder why my dad would make sure to watch Wonder Woman, Electra Woman & Dyna Girl (heh), and Isis with us when they came on. Now I don't.
